Vocational skills development is a practical or first and training for women to master a trade or a job. The AEDC support women with sewing, knitting, crotching and organic gardening skills. These skills are obtained through exposure to theory and practice on the job or at a vocational training school. A vocational school provides technical education to prepare people for work in a trade, craft, or profession.
